Like rice cakes but a bit earthier and so much better for you than rice, though puffed anything is not actually on the super healthy list. 5 neat, clean, well packed items, fresh and delicious

I've been using buckwheat as my primary grain for over 5 years. It helped me many ways but caused severe indigestion on the long run. I tried many different ways of cooking buckwheat to improve the digestion. So far, this is best tasting, easily digestible, and easy to carry for my travel. Thank you Dr. Korner!

For me, these are more delicious and healthier alternative to rice and corn cakes. These seem like puffed buckwheat condensed into small disks and the make a great vehicle for any topping. They are also delicious on their own.

I saw the reviews about the english label being wrong, mine came without a translation so I can't be sure of what's in them but I eat a lot of buckwheat generally and these taste like buckwheat to me. For what it's worth, the manufacturers website and google translate indicates the ingredients as: "Buckwheat unground, vitamin-mineral mixture "Kolosok-1" (B1, B2, B6, PP, folic acid, iron). Gluten Free!"
