The mask seems a little small for an adult face. I do not notice any loss of the albuterol, though. My inhaler fits perfectly. Does the job it needs to do.

Absolutely love it! It's better than they ones they give you when you fill your prescription. My son loves it and I can tell it's much easier for him to take deep breaths with this one vs the other ones.
