do not stack these on top of each other while remotely moist. it will peel the cloth-like layer off when you try and pry them apart

Bottom line it keeps the cooler cold. Using all 3 that comes in the package they keep a small soft side cooler cold for about 10 or so. The cloth-like outer cover becomes wet as it thaws so when placed in the freezer, leaves bits of the cover stuck to the freezer.
I also currently have one frozen to my freezer shelf and cannot figure out how to get stupid shelf out of freezer to let it defr

I give these a 3 because they are coated with some sort of paper substance that freezes to anything it is placed on in freezer and the paper tears off. I also currently have one frozen to my freezer shelf and cannot figure out how to get stupid shelf out of freezer to let it defrost.
But the outer layer started to come off pretty quickly after only a few times of use

These are long lasting ice packs. My kids use them in their lunch boxes. From the time I put them in in the morning they stay cold with some little ice left until my kids come home from school. But the outer layer started to come off pretty quickly after only a few times of use. And now after only 5 months the whole layer came off. I can't return them now but will have to buy some new ones, but this time from a different brand.

I took these with me on a trip to keep Breast Milk frozen. I put the milk in a bag that is meant to keep things cold, then I put that bag into a bigger bag with several of the Nordic Ice. I then put that into my suitcase. I left my house at 7:00AM and arrived at the hotel/took it out at 12:30PM. The milk was still frozen. I was able to keep a couple of these frozen in the hotel room's freezer (which can barely be considered a freezer). They don't get sweaty like other ice things. My only complaint is that two have gotten stuck to the freezer and ripped. I am not sure if they will leak, but to be safe I have them in plastic bags.
