UPDATE 8/16/2017: After contacting the seller, SHINE HAI Direct, they quickly offered to give me a 25% refund to cover the downlight that stopped working. I have purchased a spare box of 4 lights in case I have more problems in the future and the exact look and color balance become unavailable. That is the danger of using this type of All-In-One LED fixture in a room with several installed. If one goes out in a year or two, you might have to replace all of them to keep a uniform look if the manufacturer changes the look of or discontinues the model. But that seems to be the way lighting is heading!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I like the lights, but had a few problems. I purchased 2 of the 4 packs and in each pack, I found 1 light where the white and black power conductors had pulled out of the orange plugs. I was able to push them back into place and they seemed to lock in OK, so probably not a long term issue. I have 6 downlight cans in the kitchen, so installed 6 of the 8 lights. They look great and function well with my Lutron C*L dimmer. The only problem is that after 1 week of use, one of the 6 stopped working. I substituted one of the spares and am now back to 6 working lights in the ceiling. I hope the others last a long time and that this one was just defective.

Nice looking and very bright. Easy install. The prongs that hold them in are rather flimsy and do not hold them securely. In fact, one was dangling out this morning so we'll have to figure out how to keep them secure. I bought two sets of four. One light does not work but we don;t have time to take the others down and return them, but I'm sure they would exchange them is we did. Can't beat the price even if we do have to tweak them to keep them in place.
Update: Customer service is amazing! They issued a partial refund to cover the cost of the light that didn't work. In addition, we were able to secure the lights by attaching a band inside the canisters so that the prongs were tighter. All is good!

Great price and solid, nice looking light. Read other comments about the springs being weak. They're fine, as strong as any light I examined in major retail home improvement stores. I have canisters with v-shaped slits in them, not brackets, but the torsion springs slip in nicely and lights push up into place easily and securely. Also, like the look, very streamlined without any circular beveling around light, just a matching white border and smooth edges which, to me, looks great. I needed more light in my kitchen, entry-way, living room, stairs, upstairs hall and porch. I put in Levitron 6674 SureSlide universal dimmers. No problems. The brightness or temperature tone of the lights was the biggest concern for me. I didn't want a fluorescent look nor an overly yellow look, so I ended up with the 3000K and am pleased to say they're perfect, especially with the dimmers, when you want a little ambiance or low background light. Easy to install by self, except for the 18 foot light on the vaulted ceiling above the stairs.

The Shine Glory LED Downlights are an outstanding product. They are very simple to install, made of durable materials and provide excellent light output. I replaced rusted and dim 100 watt floods in a porch area and spent more time cleaning rust stains off the ceiling than installing the LEDs. We were amazed at the increase in illumination they provide. The trim is made of heavy plastic that cannot rust and the entire unit is amazingly lightweight; a great benefit when installing them in high ceilings. They are securely packaged to insure that the product arrives is perfect condition. With existing Lutron dimmers, they can dimmed to about 25% and then drop out all together. Unlike incandescent bulbs which get orange when dim, these stay white.
