Excellent Dimming Curve & Color Rendering (CRI)
Chad S.✓ Verified Purchase•September 6, 2018
Easy to install and very nice dimming curve with good CRI as the dim. These are both 2 very big concerns you should have if your buying dimmable LED.
Dimming of many LEDs results in light flicker once you get below a certain percentage_ even some pretty high end bulbs can't reliably dim below 20%.
And if you're looking to replace with something that looks like a halogen or incandescent, the CRI is extremely important. When dimming an LED that has a poor CRI, the color tends to look grey as it dims. These don't suffer that issue like many I've sampled.
In this recent install, we paired them with Control4 Adaptive Phase smart dimmers and they will literally dim down to nearly 0%; which I was completely shocked by; and never flicker (at least with the 4 and 6 fixture configurations we installed; the lower the quantity of LEDs, the more change you have of weird issues such as flicker and seepage of light when it's supposed to be off).

You can't go wrong with these!

You definitely can't go wrong with these LED lights, especially for the price. I installed all ten of these (2700K variety) in the ceiling under our waterproof deck using Sunco's 4" recessed fixtures (cans) which allow direct plug-in without screw-in "light bulb" adapters. (The adapters come with the lights for using these in other fixtures.) This combination made for ten complete recessed lights for about $17 each, which is a great price! I also wired in a Lutron Diva dimmer, and you can dim these lights to any desired level, right down to barely visible on a dark night with absolutely no detectable noise or glitches. More good news, the lens comes out easily by removing three screws (that also hold the spring steel claws that keep them securely in the fixture). This allowed me to easily paint them with a metalic bronze paint which blends nicely with our stained tongue & groove plank ceiling. Before painting, I ran them at various brightness levels all day and night for a couple of days to be sure they all worked, at least for 50+ hours to hopefully root out any infant mortality issues. So far so good! We found 4" fixtures to be an ideal size for this application, compared to the much larger 6" recessed light fixtures; plenty of light or nicely dimmed mood lighting in a small, unobtrusive package. Highly recommended!
Great Lights but Get the Right LED Dimmers

I have had these lights (about 26 of these) installed throughout my kitchen, living room, bedroom, and hallway. I love these lights! They are so gorgeous and really stand out. I felt they were very affordable compared to my other options that had me spending over $1,000 in lights. With these lights and the additional casing that goes with these lights I spent around $500-600. One thing that was not mentioned to me was that these lights require proper LED dimmers. I had constant issues with the lights flickering and it was really noticeable at night. I had cheap regular light switch dimmers installed but my cheapskate contractor. They would randomly flicker ever so often. It did not happen all the time but enough to be annoying. I posted the question on Amazon and read other reviews and someone said to use Lutron Maestro dimmers. These cost about $20-25 per light switch depending on where you purchase them. Of course you can buy a regular light switch (the cheaper route) but you won't have the option of the dimmer. I have not installed these yet to see if it will get rid of the flickering but I plan to do so very soon.
Good quality, nice color temp and uniformity, pictures of product box would be helpful...

Worked very well for my application- outdoor under soffit lighting. I had no problems installing them in the Commercial electric H9 recessed cans from the big orange store. I did have one out of the 12 units that I installed where the black wire lead pulled out of the orange 2 pole connector- I pushed it back in and tried to pull it back out and it was ok then, so must just have not gotten pushed in fully at the factory.
I chose the 'warm white' version and I'm very pleased with the light color and the beam shape on the wall is soft to moderately focused cone shape. Produces a nice warm, intimate lighting effect around the patio and backyard areas.
Seems to be a quality product. It does indicate that it can be used in damp locations, which I do not think is indicated in the product description on the item page.
I submitted a number of pictures so that they might help someone with the product!- (hopefully Amazon will let them post)

I will recommend them to friends and probably be buying more in ...

Real solid product. One of the inspection items when we moved into our house was that the lights in our shower stalls were not wet rated. These solved the inspection issue and converted us to LED for a surprisingly low price. For $12/each I'm thinking of doing the whole house, I would have gladly paid twice as much. My only complaint is the spring steel hooks they used distorted quite a bit when trying to bend them into place and were a bit of a pain. After ripping open my finger a bit I decided to remove them and use the hooks from the surrounds that I had removed and they went in without a problem. I will recommend them to friends and probably be buying more in the future.
