One of the better LED "replacements" available on the market for 6" recessed housings. The spring arms keep the trim nice and tight unlike some other replacement fixtures that DO NOT stay tight to the ceiling. The warm white is my preference, and the lights dim very nicely with the proper LED rated dimmer switch.
For the price and quality, this is a great product. I am in the construction business, so have much experience with products like this.

Depending on where your brackets are located on the recessed can, that will determine what direction your lights will point, They are directional up and down, but not side to side. Otherwise, they appear to be well made, just not versatile enough for my requirements. They've been returned.
The build quality is very sturdy and it does not feel cheaply made

I am really impressed by the light output of this fixture. I had a dark area of my room and after installing this in a recessed can, I now have a fully lit room. The build quality is very sturdy and it does not feel cheaply made. Installed very easily and looks great. It sits flush with my textured ceiling with no gaps around the trim. I Highly recommend this product if you are looking to upgrade or install recessed lighting.

Very nice lights. I am definitely no DIY'er but these took about 20 minutes to install. They look great. I like the fact that you can direct the light to highlight items you may have on your wall. Just be sure you have a good LED dimmer switch.

I bought this for my bathroom because the existing can is in a lousy position and shone straight down, making it neither useful nor flattering. Rather than move the location of the entire fixture I thought I'd try this first, and it's perfect! The gimbal feature of this bulb allows me to redirect the light towards the mirror so I can actually see! It arrived in perfect condition, was easy to install, and looks beautiful- much cleaner and more modern looking than the old trim and exposed bulb. It's "instant-on", in fact even faster than the adjacent led flood bulb, and no hum or flicker. The 3000k provides great color accuracy for doing makeup- crisp, neutral white light, without being too blue or harsh; and the 800 lumens is plenty bright for detail oriented tasks. I don't know that I'd choose this wattage/temperature for other living spaces without also employing a dimmer because it's quite intense, but for a functional space like a bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, etc, it's great. It may sound silly, but this has made such a difference in the ease of my daily routine that I'm looking into swapping out all my lights.
