Our 4-year-old grandson loves the Duplo Fire Truck, as well as other Duplo sets. This is a great building product for toddlers, especially for 3-5 year-olds. You can mix this set with other Duplo sets such as All-in-One-Box-of-Fun, and the child's imagination will create many different things.

Two year, three month grandson is crazy about it, and currently all things firefighter, fire truck, hose, hydrant, hardhat.......you get the picture. This is very well made, as most/all duplo. He doesn't frustrate easily, which is a good thing because it can take both a little muscle and dexterity to get some of the pieces together, like the hose into the firefighter's hand. This set is compatible with the construction vehicles, etc., which is great.

My kid loved it. As with all lego products, it seems a bit pricey for the number of blocks. But my 3yo went nuts for it right away and had to construct it precisely as instructed in the booklet.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my 20-month old grandson. Sturdy construction you'd expect for Duplo blocks (my girls played with them as children as well). Moving parts were well secured, but plenty of things for eye-hand coordination ("hose" pulls out and reels up, ladder raises and lowers, several components to build the truck cab and building). He loved it and played with it a long time after opening, driving it around making truck noises after we helped assemble. A good value for the price, I'll be getting the construction one for his birthday in a few months.
