I had to purchase a box spring cover for my mother to move her into an assisted living facility. I have heard stories about how difficult it is to put these covers onto the mattresses and box springs. I had no difficulty at all with this one. The texture of the material is nice and it fit perfectly on the box spring. When the need arises again, i will definitely purchase this brand.

At first I thought that the bed bugs were finally dead. They were dormant through the winter and returned after three months. Since they are probably the apex predators of urban life poisoning them didn't help. The only thing that finally they couldn't adapt to was diatomaceous earth. This is strictly mechanical and non-toxic. After filling the encasement with diatomaceous earth they were trapped inside. A bedbug can live for about 18 months without feeding. It will take out any insect with just one particle. Anything from a mouse on up is safe.
I don't intend to open them up for at minimum 4 years. The rest of the house was powdered again just to be safe. All clothing has been washed and dried. The heavy blankets that don't fit in the wash were run on high for 30 minutes in the dryer.

The cover worked great for about a month. Then, just before Christmas, very small bedbugs started coming out through the seams. They hide in the frame until they're larger.
I just finished cleaning the seams again. It's 1AM. The bugs woke me up. I can't return the cover because I can't take it off.
I hope the seller's customer service can take care of this.

I purchased this item in May and thought everything would be okay. As of Sunday 7/24 at 5:30 AM all hell broke loose when my wife awoke to Bed bugs biting her. She flipped over the mattress which had a Mattress Encasement and then flipped over the Box Springs which both had SureGuard covers placed on them by a professional exterminator in the later part of May. We could see where the Bed Bugs were going in and out of the Box Spring covers. Only 60 Days and they were able to penetrate the covers. Needless to say we had to take the Box springs out of the house. What kind of testing is being performed on these cases if any? I am unable to return the product because of the infestation and associated health risks of shipping such material through the US Mail. I definitely feel I am entitled to a full refund.

This is the second set i have purchased. I bought them again because of how durable they are. I was very impressed with how well made they seem to be and how thick the encassements are. They are very easy for one person to put on, though the instructions recomend that u have 2 people. I have a queen size bed and the encassements were a breeze to put on. Little big for the first set. After a few weeks I had noticed those little critters came out from the mattress and was trying to get out (but couldn't)I thought I would go ahead and get another set. Just to be on the safe side. I ordered the second set the same size as the first set and the second set fit like a glove. Perfect fit.Little more tricky to put on with only one person, but if thats all u have , u can manage quite easly. I'm serious when i say they r very durable. These encassements can take a licking. Don't get me wrong, u still have t b careful and not rip or tear it. I was pritty SURE b4 but now I'm extra SURE that my mattress are well protected from any more in or out! I didnt feel comfortable keeping my mattress at all b4these encassements but now that I have 2 on each on them, I feel like I can wait till i have the money for a new mattress. WHEN I DO GET ANOTHER MATTRESS, i will have SURE GUARD encassements on it. I highly recomend them. I will b re reviewing again. Stay tuned
