FYI I am 5'5' and 115 lbs. and I got size 28.
I actually really like these. They look really good. They're a bit shiny but not extremely shiny, so they don't look like plastic- they are a pretty good leather imitation! The material is thin; the inside is a really smooth surface that makes them very easy to pull on, and they have just a little bit of a stretch to them. The reason I don't give them 5 stars is that the fit is a little bit off. They're definitely bigger around the top than through the legs. The waist is big on me, while the legs are really tight, and my legs are pretty thin. If you have thicker legs, these will probably be uncomfortably tight around the knees, where you have to bend, and around the calves. My calves are very small-- like high boots are always too big around on me-- and these are tight on my calves. These will fit better on someone with relatively thin legs and larger waist/hips. Still, I'm keeping them because the fit issue is only slight, and won't be noticeable with a shirt that covers my waist. And other than the large waist I LOVE the way they fit! At 5'5" the length is perfect for me.

Bought these because I wanted another pair of leather leggings but didn't want to spend all the $$$ on them. These have a great look. A little shiner than leather but overall they are badass and fit perfect.

I'm almost 5'3", 111 pounds, 34" hips, and a 26" waist. Size 24 (my usual jean size) is a perfect fit. I think the inseam may be shorter than stated, because they are perfectly ankle length on me. I believe my inseam is 27.5". I have a pretty long torso, and I don't find the rise too low at all. They fit like a glove, but not too tight/restrictive. I ordered a different pair (Blank NYC) before this, and they were just way too hot to wear indoors. These are perfect. A little pricey but versatile as I plan on wearing them with heels, Converse, boots, etc. They are a little shiny, but not obnoxiously so. Overall, a good purchase.

I really loved these. I got 31 and I am a size 12. They fit perfect. Very flattering. Not binding at the top. They actually look so much like leather someone thought they were real leather. These are super comfortable. Of course the only downside is that you cannot wash them. It says that right on the tag. Do not dry clean. Do not wash. You can only wipe them on the outside. Hope you don't have some funky in yo drawers.

These pants fit as expected and were very cute! I ordered these, as well as the ones with back pockets, and I returned these ones. They just didn't look quite as nice or as "real" as the pair with back pockets. However, these were still super cute, and it was a tough decision as to which pair to return! For the price, these are fantastic pants! But when I had to choose between the two, the other pair won!
