I've used this pan for a couple months now and it still looks and works like new, no problems with the nonstick. I've only made tamagoyaki over medium heat, haven't exposed it to high heat so I couldn't say how it'd work for higher heat uses. But it works really well for what it is made for, and it's beautiful too.

My favorite thing is that the (screws, rivets, whatever you call them) that connect the handle to the pan are also covered with the nonstick so egg doesn't get stuck around them like it does on my other pans.
... been using this for a couple months now and love it. It's purple inside and outside

I've been using this for a couple months now and love it. It's purple inside and outside, except the bottom. It's small, so perfect for portion control. I cook a single chicken breast, with room for onions and mushrooms, etc. I can cook 2 hot dogs with onions and then warm the buns, all in the same very easy-to-clean pan. Completely non-stick. Lightweight. I have not cooked eggs yet but am sure it would be perfect for that, too.
AWESOME PAN FOR BEGINNERS!

I loved Japan and the Japanese culture so much. After coming back to America I was craving tamagoyaki badly. I bought this pan. It was my first time making tamagoyaki and it came out PERFECT!

The medium is VERY SMALL. I fit about 4 eggs in it. It's difficult to flip with green onions but makes perfect tamagoyaki with eggs alone.

With constant oiling, I didn't see too much sticking. It's very easy to clean. The medium pan is purple. I don't mind. It's a very pretty plum.
Worth the buy, performs better than most high end pans.

Really surprised to get such a good pan for the price. This works absolutely stellar for Tamago. Only one issue I have and it's fairly small.
- when you are done with the pan and you have cooled it off (at least the main pan part of it.) be careful of the metal part of the handle.. it can still be searing hot.. I'd say almost abnormally hot, but I came up with the conclusion that the heavy handle is part of what makes the pan regulate heat so well.
This pan became part of my main kitchen arsenal right beside my cast iron pans. A great buy.
Perfect Tamagoyaki Pan!!

One of the best tamagoyaki pans I've ever used. It really is nonstick; the cleanup is super easy. The size is also convenient for me to make tamagoyaki for one or two people. It's not overly heavy and at the same time it doesn't feel lightweight enough to be concerned about its sturdiness. The only issue I ever had was the little inch or so of metal handle closest to the pan itself. I once grabbed the handle wrong and burned my finger on that bit. But I attribute that to my own carelessness rather than the quality or design of the pan. Also, I love the purple color!
