I love these shoes so much they look so cute especially when i wear dresses or skirts! they look cute with little frilly socks or with no socks at all. Just don't wear them in the rain because it's not the right material for it since the top is all fabric and only the bottom is shoe material

Wonderful shoes and they fit perfectly! I like the fact that the buckle has holes so they fasten properly and don't slip.The only drawback is that they smell really bad, as in a STRONG chemical smell. Does anyone know how to get rid of that (aside from actual washing)? I tried Febreeze and wiping them down with a washcloth. They are airing outside right now!
Update: even though I've washed them and worn several times, that chemical smell won't go away (to the point where I don't want to wear these shoes) Never had a problem like this with this style of shoe before

I wanted a simple pair of red shoes to wear with my polkadot dress and skirt. I have a few of these Mary Jane style slippers/flats, but I could just never find a red pair. These are okay, but the clasp is very cheaply made, especially in comparison to my other pairs from other stores. The fabric is also not as nice as my other pairs. It's very stiff canvas. This is fine for a cheap costume or something, but I wouldn't wear them for very long.

I ordered 4 different colors and got similarities and differences. First of all understand these shoes are not constructed in the usual sense. They collapse and are sewn tight or flat near the toe. Unlike the black velvet version which keeps it's shape. So you have to have room for your toes at the end, making these run small. I got 7 or believe 38. The next available size was 40 or 8 which I wear in flats. I am 5'4" 1/2 if that helps and wear 7.5 in most shoes but flats. Toes were pushing at the end because again the shoe is sloping down and no room for toes. Different buckles, different soles..but that's expected China is a big country...so yeah. I will also CAUTION: 3 pairs were fulfilled by Amazon and were easy to send back at an Amazon locker the next day free, but the pink pair was from a totally different name in NY instead of Virginia? And I have to pay return shipping. They are in my trunk still. I was picking the size and color not noticing that so beware before you click "Order". The pink ones also has really sharp cuttin buckle and would not have kept even if they fit. In the end I bought black velvet in 39 &40 which both fit and can add insert. One pair was Wal-Mart $7.50 but know ur size..go up!!!! they don't easily return as not sold direct from WM So U pay return postage. I also got pair on Amazon..was thicker sole style...not the double sole you may see, just NOT plain red sole flat..flexible black rubber..very comfy $14.50? But I like both. So I am 7.5 and bought black velvet in 7.5 & 8 or 39 & 40. Nice for wider feet as well. Good luck!

I feel like I got what I ordered; nothing unexpected. I'm a 7 1/2-8 and I ordered an 8. They are snug, but compared to the other ones I ordered, I like the snug fit better. Everyone said they would have a pungent smell, but I didn't smell anything out of the ordinary. I recommend these, love them. P.s. you might need a lint roller if you have cats (see picture).
