A much more comfortable, sturdy workhorse of a foam roller

I originally bought the "Amazon Basics" foam roller and it was so hard and slippery that my PT told me it was best not to use it. I returned it and decided to try this one. It doesn't even compare. While light, it feels like it will really last, and has a great texture, so that I don't slip off of the surface, while trying to roll out my muscles and other tissues. The softer exterior extends 1/2-3/4' towards the firm center, which make this much more comfortable to use. I bought the 18" one, which will be easier to bring with me when I travel, and am working with my chiropractor and PT to learn even more ways to use it to maintain my physical health on my own. I am very happy with my purchase!
