I have been using less than the suggested portion because I am sensitive in the gelatin that covers the pills but that is just me. Although I am taking only two every morning before breakfast, I lost s a lot of weight! It happens gradually. Don't expect miracles! I didn't have time to work out as much but I was working two jobs so I guess that helped too.
As far as the energy; I wasn't getting any energy from the pills. I drink coffee after taking them and everything is fine, no side effects. I also take pre work out formula in the evening before gym and still no side effects.
Personally I wouldn't combine the pills with the pre work out just because I don't want my liver to process a lot and I don't want to hurt my stomach with a lot of chems.
Other than that I bought them to lose weight and I am satisfied with the result.

Lean mode is amazing! When i want to get lean i use this product. It Contains CLA, L-Carnitine, and Garcinia. It's perfect to lose fat! I also love the fact that I'm allowed to take this with other supplements like Naturabest Advanced Forskolin, because after I decided to combine these two, that's when I really started seeing the results I wanted. They suppress my appetite and give me great energy without the jitters and no crash!

I'll be posting pictures later. I've dropped 9 pounds in 1 1/2 month while keeping my gains. I just look more ripped which is what I was going for. One of my staples year round. I compete in men's physique and I love that this product can be used in off season to help with lean gains, and has no caffeine so I like to take it when I wake up right before fasted cardio and then right before bed. During season I can Pair it with EVL's Trans4m and you have a stack that will incenerate fat with good diet and exercise.
