These were awesome for my drain hole scars after my double mastectomy

These were awesome for my drain hole scars after my double mastectomy! My breasts were entirely numb but my drain hole and corresponding stitch that held the tube in place were quite painful and I had them in for three weeks after the surgery. These little frozen discs are held over those spots by my bra and were very helpful in reducing pain. My only complaint would be that they didn't stay icy cold long enough.
Great little item

These are a wonderful multipurpose item. I used them cold while pregnant to make my public transportation commute bearable in the summer (small size makes them nice and discreet) and they've been useful both hot and cold for breastfeeding needs. My only complaint is that it's difficult to regulate the heated aspect--for me it goes from barely warm to burning hot without a middle ground. Still an excellent product I'd get again!
Very comfortable.

These are small so they are easy to put anywhere on your body for icy comfort. They do get warm rather quickly but since there are five in the pack, I just rotate them in and out of the freezer. I love that they have a soft covering on one side so they're not a shock to the skin. In my case, I had a rash on my face and they were very comfortable.
Ice ice, baby

I got these ice packs because I have chronic nosebleeds and ice slows/stops the bleeding.
I was pleasantly surprised at how cold these ice packs get. They are comparable in temp to the black physical therapy ice packs. I wasn't expecting that at all. I also love how one side is cloth so it makes holding the ice pack a less painful experience.
I definitely recommend them.

Good for hot or cold compresses

These are great and inexpensive. It's nice to have many because you can take them to work, keep some at home, and rotate them when using. I have a broken metatarsal so I had to ice just one area about the size of this packet. They can also be warmed. When my one dog got an abscess (of course she went to the vet for medication), I warmed these 10 sec at a time x 3 and placed it over the site and within 24 hours it drained entirely. I still used covers with these even though they have cloth backing to prevent any skin damage.
