Overall great bed. Size should be called medium. I got it for my 45 lb dog who had bone surgery on his knee 3 months ago. He seems to like it and I walked on it with my knees to compare it to the Mud River 1" thick bed. Both were great, but for the 8 hours a day that my pup is in his kennel, I went with this thicker one.

Excellent fit in my wire crate. I love that it's a sturdy material and easy To remove for cleaning. My young dog eats other fluffy or furry fabrics. He doesn't bother this one. I have other Mud River products. Can't lose with them.
