There good ,but they look different compared to the images.

Very pleased with this product after about 2,000 miles. I converted a vintage 12 speed with downtube shifters to 14 speeds with these Microshift "brifters", and was very happy with how well I was able to get the shifting dialed in, front and back. For compatibility reasons, I went with a Shimano freewheel and a Shimano rear derailleur, and these components all sync up perfectly for ultra-smooth shifting. I added Shimano brakes front and rear, but kept the OEM front derailleur due to it's wider cage than more modern front derailleurs, which was necessary since I also kept the OEM crank which has a couple millimeters of play in it. This conversation helped me become a bit of a bike mechanic myself, so there was some trial and error along the way, but these shifters are easy to love once you get things right. I obviously can't guarantee you'll be able get your shifting dialed in as perfectly as I did (probably some luck involved on my end), but I can tell you these work great for my setup:

Work well to convert from downtube shifters, had to fiddle with adjustments but seem to be working well now.
