I purchased the smallest size of this bottle and it fits snuggly in my Built Prime Lunch Bag's elastic mesh pouch. The bottle is comfortable to use and well-made. Also, the glow in the dark feature (a color option) is not only neat but it's been practical for spotting the bottle in the dark.
Recently, I dried my bottle overnight and the next morning discovered that the neck was chipped; it seems it may have been accidentally bumped as I used to dry it upside down in a glass mug.
I reached out to customer support for warranty help and got a quick, professional and courteous reply. After providing details, am very grateful for the replacement bottle, which was sent promptly!
Also worth noting: I purchased a new bottle (same size and color) even before contacting customer support because I rely on this bottle and wanted to avoid potential downtime. I did so because I think it's an exceptional product, with better engineering over many alternatives, especially for the compact size I sought. If I experience any issues (outside human error) with either my second purchase or replacement, I plan to update my review. However, I highly recommend this bottle as an essential, daily-use item & appreciate that Purifyou stands behind their products.

I absolutely loved my glow in the dark water bottle. I accidentally left it at a business and retrieved it a few days later. After a few sips it started leaking, half way through I realized it was more than a leak, the whole bottom was separated. I'm going to order another one and chaulk it up to the belief that someone dropped it.

I bought both a 12 oz and a 24 oz, and over the course of a year or so, the little rubber rings / gaskets got moldy (this happens with every water bottle - this is no fault of theirs) and I couldn't clean it off. I messaged the shop owner/seller asking where I could buy the rings - and they sent me two whole replacement caps! Completely unexpected, and the day after they arrived, I had a follow-up message from them making sure I was good.
The bottles themselves are great, sturdy, etc. I just wish there was a way to keep the tops attached, and wish there was a way to easily replace the outer silicone wrapping after cleaning.
