I find this product to be great. I wish I had found this years ago. I bought 2 packages and will buy some more. The plastic is thick AND very flexible. It has already saved my brand new furniture from my cats more times than I can count. Another great feature is that if company comes over, I can quickly take off the plastic and then replace it when they leave just as quickly.

The furniture defender is working...so far. The only issue is with the pins that hold the plastic sheeting to the upholstery or fabric--the heads are a bit small and somewhat difficult to twist into place. Perhaps, my fingers are just too big. Otherwise, the plastic sheeting does conform to the shape desired and is thick which will prove its utilitarian value. I recommend purchasing the product.

At first I thought it was pliable enough to pin on without running under hot water but I was wrong. After running it through hot water I could bend it enough to get a tight fit on the furniture. I think the pins should have been a little bigger, but otherwise, it works fine. Not sure yet how much it will keep cats from scratching, have to wait and see.
