Very easy to use, and does not take much arm strength to run it.
We used it on both tile floors and epoxy floors to keep them clean and disinfected, and it did a great job with them both.

Would have been 5 stars but liquid holder drips very slightly and this means that it has to be emptied before dry polishing a surface,

This is the real deal. I bought another brand from Amazon and had to return it because the motor stopped working after two uses. This one has had no problems. I really like the onboard tank for cleaning solution and the fact that the handles need to be pressed on order for the machine to start. Even though it looks like the other residential one sit is really much better to use.
