OK so this is my honest review. This buggar is AMAZING! So I decided to turn our garage into my "she cave". After getting everything out of the garage I went to work and power washed the floor and I could not believe how poorly the floor had been treated. So there are multiple areas with oil, paint, rust spots.... it is an old concrete floor. Long story short, nothing short of grinding the floor down is going to get it clean of all the spots. So I used the stiff scrubber brushes and a concentrated solution of dawn platinum dish detergent. I did 3 cycles of scrub, power wash, scrub, power wash.... The floor is clean as far as there is not a speck of dirt left and it smells clean now and I will just put large area rugs down.

It takes a bit to get used to using the machine, how it moves or more like "floats" across the floor and to keep control of it. Be advised you will use muscles you did not know you had and will be sore for a week afterward! I have not used it on carpet or any other flooring, but I have in the past as my aunt had one like this and it is why I hunted this one up. It comes with several other scrubber pads and soft bristle pads.

I have an extractor type of carpet cleaner and we clean our carpets 3-4 times a year, but if I had an area that needed more scrubbing I would use this machine on the spot, then the extractor machine. When you start to use it just go on the lower setting and take your time, you will get the hang of it. I have physical limitations/handicap and I ended up actually sitting on a small fold up chair and doing a circle around myself. Then I turned it off, moved the chair and did another area.... I found this way it was not killing my back.

So overall I would give this thing 10 stars if I could. I was not really happy with the price, but I think it will last a long time. And since I plan on closing in our 2 covered patios, it will get more use as they both have cement floors also. So go forth and clean! LOL

I love this scrubbing devil. We moved into our house in December, and I have not been pleased with the look of the carpets or the ceramic tile. I bought this originally for the carpet; I use to always have my carpets dual processed whenever I had them cleaned, no one does that anymore, I did have a "professional" clean my carpets, what a joke. I used an extra strength solution and scrubbed the heck out of the living room carpet, I was going to use a shop vac that I had bought to extract the dirty solution unfortunately that didn't work out so well. I bought a Hoover carpet cleaner, by the time that got here the carpet was dry, I filled the hoover with just water and rinsed it very well and extracted all that nastiness. I then filled the tank again and I actually added a small amount of bleach, (our carpet if very light, I also figured if I ruined it, it was already ruined). I ran over it very slowly, got quite a bit of the bleach solution on the carpet and extracted it, it was still disgusting. There was no odor what so ever when I was done or why the carpet was drying. After such great results I started eyeing my tile, which is textured, so I was thinking "is that just the design or is that imbedded dirt? I used the hard/tile floor brushes and used my favorite solution of Hot Water, White Vinegar and a Tablespoon of Dawn. Fortunately it was not imbedded dirt, but the tiles are much lighter, and the grout is nice and clean too. I would buy this again and have already recommended it to several of my friends.

handle is kind of cumbersome wont lock and balance.Have to beleaning agaist the wall

Don't waste your money on this machine!!!!
Sure it did a great job ,while it lasted. I literally used this machine 4 times and the motor burned up! I am furious.

I have industrial tiles in my breezeway and on my finished cellar floor. This machine scrubbed them clean so I could put a floor finish wax on them. The floors look great.
