I check this product out thoroughly before purchases. According, all trustworthy sites gave the product rave reviews. It tastes great and is a wonderful protein source. I use lesser than my regular pasta serving because it's more filling than the regular. That also means fewer calories. Be aware you will have to learn how to cook this product because it doesn't cook the same as a quality pasta.. Healthwise it's worth the process.

Love this stuff. Holds sauces nicely and lends a bit of nutty flavor to any dish. Rinse only if you want to fool someone and pass off as "normal" semolina type pasta, but the rinse takes away a whole lot of the nutrients the Garbanzo beans provide.
