This tunic can be a great cover up or wear on its own. The fabric is free flowing poly and is not snug. It is light weight and very airy.
CONS
I am 5'6" w/ a 38 bust (DD) AND the medium was plenty big. I am planning on returning it for a small to see if that fits better. Length hits right at the knees so it is longer than expected.
If you are ample sized in the chest, you probably don't need to worry about tying it shut. It does show some cleavage but the girls stay covered.
Not the best material for hot/humid weather.

The dress has a drawstring so you can make it as tight or as loose as you like. The length is flattering. It covers the upper thigh area and falls just above the knee. It is slightly see-through, so you can't wear it as a dress unless you want everyone to see the outline of your thighs in the sunshine.
