Dissapointed.
The first time I used one, it busted wide open while I was sleeping and it was all over my bed.
Pros=these got very cold in the freezer. I had to use two pillow cases on them and they cool great. They just need to be double seamed or something so they won't bust and leak out.

Almost worn out and only have had it for a 4 months. The plastic thing in the middle broke down and floated around and is now just a hard blob. The gel is hard to even out, the outside plastic is crummy. It was great at first. I haven't used it for the last 2 months.
