This is going to turn into a fun hobby. I am in a place where it is very dry, and this will keep me wet and occupied for days at a time. I've had this product since around the 20th of December and have used it several times and it's a very good product. They even tell you step by step how to make your mash from start to finish. There are instructions on setting it up which is very important. I can run about one quart in about 30 minutes. And like to distill it three times before putting it in small 2 ltr oak barrels as a finished product. You'll be pleased with the results. a couple of tips: I use frozen water bottles for my bucket to cool the coil pan which will help with hastening product flow. I fill a 5 gallon bucket half full then add frozen water bottles, you just change out the bottles every 30 minutes and it should keep the coil bucket nice and cool. Enjoy, I sure am.
