I have mixed feelings about this protein powder. On the plus side, it seems to be some of the highest protein you can get for some of the lowest cost and one of the lower calorie counts. On the other hand, it tastes pretty nasty. As do most protein powders... I wish they would figure out a way to make protein powders that were just completely flavorless instead of using nasty artificial sugar or sugar alcohols that give them all that artificial sweetener taste. I stick with vanilla because the chocolate is just nasty. And I like to use fruits and vegetables in my morning smoothie, and chocolate just isn't conducive to that. When this is under $20, its a great deal. But I noticed it fluctuates as high as a $25, and in that case you are better off just going to Walmart, where ats always just under $20. The Whey Isolate type isn't in all of them (they always have the much higher cholesterol non-isolate version, but not always this stuff) but definitely at super walmarts or probably online. Definitely a better deal than most protein powders, but GAH that taste!

This formulation works well for me. The flavor isn't the best but not too bad. The cost is good for the amount you get. Overall the fact that the results are good with this formula keeps me buying it. I also like the low sugar content as well. If it tasted better it would be 5 stars for me.

My favorite protein powder. It is good quality, great price, and I drink it every morning. I always mix with almond milk, a couple of teaspoons of decaf instant coffee, a little stevia, cocoa powder, and a scoop of the Body Fortress protein powder. Blend it with 6 ice cubes and it is DELICIOUS!
I started on this brand taking whey protein and decided to switch to this and well of course ill have to take it for a couple of weeks to say if it worked for me or not but it seems very promising and cheap its a great buy.

Works very well taste is what you would expect from protien powder but i dot mind the taste im concerned wether or not it works. I am in no way a body builder but I am lifting weights and this stuff does help with strength and building muscle i would reccomend this brand becasue it works unlike muscle milk. Muscle milk has less protein and more saturated fat for each scoop compared to body fortress. I chose this after using the 100% whey Body Fortress powder. I switched because of the cholesterol content in the 100% whey formula. That had half to 90% daily recommended cholesterol. This has 5/10% (based on 1 or 2 scoop serving).
Using the powder in veggie / fruit smoothies mixed with soymilk, I find it blends well and tastes good. No complaints, good price.
