I saw silicon mats on cooking websites and used when making candies and chocolate truffles.
I bought two boxes (3 mats in each). I sliced one mat in 1/2 for smaller needs -- I use a 1/2 mat as a ladle/spoon holder on my stove top or counter top (and to or protect my digital kitchen scale).
They clean up by hand easily and are 98-99% non-stick, in one use case.
Using multiple mats helped me manage making over 100 chocolate truffles without running out of cooking sheets! *phew*!!!!
They are mostly completely non-stick but you can see the pix the light brown circles on the mat.
I piped the chocolate truffles ganache (the rich velvety chocolate inside) onto two mats and kept them in fridge until I was ready to dip/enrobe them with dark chocolate outside.
The pix shows light brown complete circles (plus strings/globs of darker chocolate caused by my dipper tool dripping while grabbing the next ganache to enrobe).
Overall, this is very reasonable and not a problem.. just different from parchment paper where nothing is left behind. Again.. silicon mats are 98-99% non-stick in this particular use-case and totally worth it.
I used another mat to place the resulting dipped truffles and kept them cool in the fridge till done. Each cooled and completed truffle came off the mats, completely clean :-)
Looking forward to using them in other cooking/candy-making use cases!

These baking sheets are wonderful! I used one at my daughter's home several months ago, and liked it so much I came home and ordered 2 sets.. Cut them to fit my most-used baking sheets and 3 cast-iron dutch ovens used for baking bread every week. Saves using multiple pieces of parchment paper that need to be cut to size, and then discarded each time we bake. And clean up is very easy - just wipe with a damp cloth and let air dry for a few minutes. Highly recommend these baking sheets. They were quickly delivered and were exactly as described - maybe even better!

it feels like I use more resources trying to clean them. No matter what I do they always feel greasy so I always feel obligated to give them an extra scrub and then I never feel satisfied with the end result.
Aside from those minor issues - these mats do everything I would expect them to do. I have used them to bake and air fry (my oven has an air fry setting) without any issues. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase.

I have had these for awhile now. They don't show any signs of wear at all. They get a lot of use. I use them to roast vegetables, which I do frequently. I also use them of sheet pans when making cookies. The food doesn't stick to them and often the sheet pan is still clean afterwards. This 3 pack was a really good price too. Very good quality product.
