Great sleeper with a bit too-soft sleep pad.
Crystal✓ Verified PurchaseDecember 28, 2017
We bought the sleeper as a temporary solution as the crib is in our nursing room which is blocked by a house project. The sleeper is easy to fold / unfold, and the frame feels solid. The pad feels okay as my newborn can sleep on it and I can move it without worrying it drops out. One improvement I'd like to see from the sleeper is to provide an option to insert a more solid base, as I prefer my newborn to sleep on a harder surface.
Great alternative to the halo

It seems to lean to one side. The vibrating thing eats batteries like crazy and isn't that powerful. That said, it's easy to put together, the right height and fits well in our small bedroom. A little less convenient than the halo after recovering from a c section as the side doesn't collapse. Great but for the price!
Great for new parents!

We loved using this with our daughter when she was first born. It allowed us to co-sleep without any added worry. She hated sleeping in her Halo until she was about 2 1/2 months old so this was a life saver until we were able to make the switch!
Review for the Swaddleme By Your BED Sleeper/bassinet
reba007September 2, 2017
This review is for the By Your Bed Sleeper (listed as the "Bassinet" option here). This was purchased off our registry for our second child. We used a cosleeper similar to this swaddleme by your SIDE sleeper w/ our 1st child in our queen size bed, but no room now (as our 3yo sleeps with us still most nights).
This By Your BED Sleeper has been great for me and my now 6wk old. I am breastfeeding, and wasn't exactly sure how i would like this since with my first child, he was in the bed in the cosleeper and all I had to do was roll over and nurse. This bassinet is about a foot away from our platform bed (I have it on the lowest leg setting and it is a good height for me and our bed). When he wakes to nurse I can sit up at the edge of my bed, easily lift him out of this, nurse him, then easily place him back in.
The sound addition is nice. My husband likes the light, I do not - it's too "LED bright" if that makes sense, it's not a soft, warm light. We haven't utilized the vibration option at this point. It rocks easily and is very sturdy imo.
My son doesn't like to be completely swaddled (we leave his arms out in a swaddle wrap), but I think the "coziness" of this bassinet and slight incline are just right for him. He does not sleep well by himself on a flat surface.
The lining or insert washed up easily and air dried quickly.
I am Not giving advice in this review, just sharing what our experience has been so far and why I think this By Your Bed bassinet is working so well for us.
I read a couple reviews where people mentioned it felt wobbly or not sturdy. My husband had a bit of a challenge putting the legs together (they kept dropping out once he assembled it and was trying to move it to our bedroom). But after referring to the instructions again and getting the legs in properly and securely, there has been no issue, they don't budge and it's extremely sturdy. So if you are having issues, carefully (re)read the instructions. I think some of it may have also had to do with some clear plastic packaging that was still on the legs and in the way of proper assembly.
I initially wanted the halo bassinet but have been pleased with this choice so far!
Great for peace of mind!

We love this. Gives peace of mind so baby can be close to me, but also safe in her own space. My husband and I put this between us (on top of the covers) for the first month for our baby. It was a tight fit on our queen sized bed, but we made it work. I like the fact that we could move this anywhere and she can nap in it anywhere!
