Good Customer Service, but that's about it.

Good price, but the volume is so low that you can't hear music or intercom when paired through Bluetooth at highway speeds. My helmet is good and quiet related to wind resistance so I'm a bit disappointed in the speaker quality.
Updated: Increased the rating because they have great customer service. They sent me the new update speakers.
Update:. Tried the new updated speakers and the sound quality is no better then the original. Kodos too their customer service for trying, but their product is still useless for me.

This allows me to listen to music with my iPhone, but I was unable to pair with two Bluetooth transmitters using A2DP profiles, so it doesn't really do everything I expected. I tried to find youtube videos to supplement the terrible instructions, but have not been able to pair both my iPhone and an A2DP Bluetooth transmitter at the same time (like pairing iPhone and GPS) I can only pair one or the other. The volume buttons are really hard to find with gloves on, and since the buttons are similar in size, it's hard to differentiate which one you're hitting when going down the road. I really wish I'd spent a little more for the Yideng or Sena.
Use these in every helmet.

Originally got these to use while snowboarding but since it's not winter yet took them bikin on the same slopes we will be boarding this winter
My first real test was using these in our full face Mountain bike helmets. Pulled off the sticker Velcro and it hook side of the Velcro stick directing into the padding of the helmet. Bike helmets lack some of the foam my motorcycle does so the mic made a slight pressure point but adjusting after I put my helmet on it went away.
I got a little worried when we were standing next to each other at the top of the first run, getting them connect how much could they were cutting out. But once we were moving down the bike trails they never did that the whole rest of the day. Only had one time where it disconnect because we got a good distance apart down the mountain through trees and switch backs. Line of sight I'm sure you could go much farther apart.
Volume is good, clarity might be lacking in some cases but it's not terrible. Love riding with music. I kinda wish there was a feature where you could intercom with the other person and the music volume would duck under the voice instead of turn off. But I suppose it'd be harder to understand the person. Over all enjoy this product and I can't wait to keep using it in all my helmets

I did not have much expectations for this product, since the reviews were very mitigated.
I gave it a shot and it works!
We used it for dirt biking on trails, so we were never too far from each other. We talked the whole day, two days in a row, with a quick charge in between.
Not the most ergonomic device though: I could not figure out how to mount it on my helmet, and the buttons can be confusing when you don't see them (while riding). To fix the first point I attached the clip to my chinstrap. As for the second you get used to the buttons pattern pretty quick, and if you only have one person to talk to it's pretty easy to remember which button it is.
The sound is clear and as long as you don't have any rock between you and your pal, your conversation will go on for hours. I tried connecting my phone to it via Bluetooth and it could play my music, although we did not really use this while riding. Mostly because you cannot talk and listen to music at the same time.

Sounds great, looks great, and works great. This set up is amazing! I ride mostly with my brother so most the time 2 people which works perfectly. Sound is great and the 75 mph limit for good quality is being modest, you can easily hear at higher speeds if you have a full face helmet with the lid down. Range is good call quality is great, music is good. You can't beat the price, had a 395 dollar sena and was no better and maybe could even say was worse in the call quality. Save your money and buy these. Will be buying more of them without a doubt. If I had to find a con it would be the buttons are a little small and the + volume button should be above the - button not the other way around. But great product love it!!!
