Too hard for a 96-year-old man to spin.

It's a little clunky to turn, and awkward and unintuitive to set the alarm, but this product works beautifully for our needs -- we (my spouse and I) each have a large number of large pills which need to be given twice a day. If you have a large number of large pills which need to be given more than twice a day, this item will probably not work for you, because the dividers would make the compartments too small for that. Additionally, when using the dividers to make the number of compartments you need in each bottle, if you don't hold the divider between your thumb and forefinger and then slide it in (as opposed to simply trying to push it in), you will be in for considerable pain. That all said, the dividers work the way they're supposed to, and keep your pills separated. The covers are easy to open and close (it helps to use your fingertips on the lid rather than wrapping one or more fingers around it) even for moderately arthritic fingers. It would be nice if this product had a way to cover the compartments not being used at the time, but using the meat of your thumb or a business card to keep the other pills out of your mouth suffices, at least when dealing with only two compartments; otherwise you might need to take each pill out with your fingers. Getting my fingers into the compartments (again, using just two compartments per bottle) to pull individual pills out is no trouble for me despite my having fairly thick fingers -- my wedding band is a size 13 1/2. Also, the bottles are made of easily-washable materials, and should dry quickly and thoroughly. Stickers stick readily to the lower part of each bottle, so you can customize yours however works best for you, but note that the product does not come with day-of-the-week stickers as pictured, only number stickers, while the days of the week are printed only at the top of the rotatable rack. Finally, the alarm comes free of the rack so you can take it with you around or outside the house as needed.

Can't figure out how to get alarm to keep working

This product is not for people with arthritic hands.

I was looking for a pill organizer with large, opaque sections to hold my many supplements that I feared were being degraded by light and air. This organizer takes up a lot of room, but it does what I wanted. The one fatal flaw is that each cup has a post in the middle and a plastic wall along the radius, meant to hold the optional dividers. I don't use the dividers, and this obstruction makes it difficult for even my tiny little kid sized hands to reach into the cup when needed.

I haven't used the timer, so I can't comment on that. Also, be aware that it does not seem to come with the pill sorter that's in the pictures and described in the documentations.
