I won't lie, I didn't notice a huge difference after the first use, BUT my teeth were noticeabley whiter after the 3rd use, and have continued to get whiter with every use since then. This is the only whitening product that has worked for me, and I will definitely continue to use it.

Does it work? Yes. I noticed significant differences before and after a few treatments.

HOWEVER, you don't need this whole system. The light is a placebo, so save yourself some money and just buy the gel without the light kit and then go buy 2.99 mouth guards at Walmart. I have used the gel with/without the light, and I noticed similar results (my dentist confirmed this).

Also you need to be careful because sometimes if you use too much gel you will singe part of your gum and it really hurts!

After using as recommended for 5 days (30 min/day using .5 ml) my teeth are several shades whiter. Definitely quicker results than white strips. I didn't notice results after first use like other users but I may not be as observant. But be careful! On the 6th application my lower gums started hurting about 5 minutes in. I removed the mouth piece and saw that the solution was burning my gums and they had turned bright white. After thoroughly rinsing with water the pain subsided and within 10 minutes most of the whiteness was gone. I didn't do anything differently this time so not sure why my gums reacted badly. They say you should wipe away any excess solution that goes onto your gums but honestly it's hard to know if any does, especially on my lower teeth where my gums are higher. I'm going to take a few days off and when I restart I may apply the solution directly on my teeth with a q-tip then put the mouthpiece in, instead of putting the solution into the mouthpiece. The q-tip method is suggested in the manual. Another con is that I found the mouthpiece doesn't adhere well to the LED light bit. It did when I first got it but the mouthpiece must have warped slightly and now the light keeps falling out unless I hold it in place. Not a big deal but the design could be improved. And like other users my mouth fills up with saliva while using this so I have to remove the mouthpiece and spit every 10 minutes. Probably a good idea to do this and check your gums at the same time especially if you have pain.

I'm Very impressed, it whitened my teeth considerably after the first treatment.
I'm still have 3-4 more treatments to go and can't wait for even more results. Worth the price!

So far, so good. It's only been 4-5 days, but I am happy that this product does not cause tooth sensitivity. I usually have problems with the white strips because I can only handle using them every 3rd day or so. I am able to use this kit daily with no problem.
