This is super cute and good quality. Unfortunately the hat was too small for my baby and kept rolling up. The bottoms went up to just under my baby's chest but they could be folded to make it work. My baby is also on the short and chunky side at 4 months.

The only reason I didn't give this a 5 is because there was a spot on the hat and bottoms that started to unravel and not b/c it was too tight, my baby is 11lbs so both the hat and bottoms had a lot of room.
