Well after seen some comments I kind of hesitated to buy this. But I end up buying my actual size which is medium and I have a 32 inch waist. It fits great and I wish there was little bit more space in the front, but it fits perfect for me.

Comfortable jock. If you aren't wearing it for sports (I wore it for a costume that required me to wear leggings and I didn't want an underwear outline), I would go a size up just to allow a little more room in the waist. For me it was just a bit tight at a large, but not to the point I was cutting off blood flow to my legs. I'm a 34" waist, but I have thick legs.
