Fit perfectly you do need a large socket if you want to make an easy installation. Always, change them all together. They usually corroded uniform
Customer service was great

I don't know if this is a review of the element or the people at EcoSmart. They were great in helping me locate this part. I would never buy another brand of water heater after being treated so well by their customer service department.
Fixing element broken for our mistake
Guillermo OlivaresFebruary 22, 2017
Perfect item. Hot and unlimited water has return to our main bathroom. Really recommended. I have to inform to everyone that the original worked with no problems whatsoever. The problem was from our part at the moment when the pressure pump was replaced and the faucet was opened without running water. From there the element didn't work anymore. Our mistake not the heater
