I really like this product...so much that I purchased a second one. The magnification is clear with minimal distortion. The light is handy, but I would prefer that I could choose when I have it on or off. I used this throughout the day...and the light coming on seems superfluous. You use less of the field or magnifying area if you do not have the light on. When I am magnifying pages I am reading...I personally would like as big a field as possible provided by the instrument that I am holding. The product is competitively priced. It has replaced a magnifier a friend gave me which worked well for many years until I dropped it on a ceramic tile floor and it broke. Easy Magnifier fits well into your pocket or your wives purse. It is lightweight and easy to operate. I just wish I could past the old model I brole.

This is a disappointing little magnifier. The battery compartment falls open easily, and the batteries fall out. Then getting them back in is not intuitive. The light is puny and the area for magnification is not much good for anything other than finding a phone number in a phone book, or reading a medication name on a prescription bottle. Even then, it requires a lot of moving it around. Very disappointed.

The materials are high quality and the construction is solid. It is very easy to use. When closed, the lens is protected, so it is safe to carry in a pocket or purse. The light is plenty bright. Terrific product. I use this magnifier for a quick look at something such as the print on a small label on a medication bottle or other product packaging. If I needed a magnifier to read a newspaper or book, I would consider their larger rectangular model. I do not have one, so I cannot vouch for it.

This little magnifier is a godsend. My husband keeps one in his pocket and I keep one in my purse. It is wonderful knowing that I can read fine print and have the option of using a light or not.
