It was a little more solid than I was expecting. Hard to get out the right amount each time, and to use it all. But with a little patience, I was able to make it work. I can't really say for sure that my teeth felt like I had just had a professional cleaning, but considering I was using a normal electric toothbrush and not the ones dentists use specifically designed for this polish, I'd say it was fine. And the price is low enough to give it a try, Just don't overdo it. These are not supposed to be a daily weekly, or even monthly thing, 2-3 times a year is plenty.
