Bubble gum polish dose good. fround out it might help to heat it up so you can apply it to the teeth on a q-tip before you polish your teeth. i got it so my teeth would look good all the time. still go get your teeth lookd at and check once every 3 or 6 months.

As long as you keep in mind this is waaaay thicker than toothpaste, this stuff does what it advertises -- polishes your teeth. I use in with my Braun electric toothbrush, for full polish action, right before I use whitening products. The taste is mild and non-offensive. I can't remember if it has flouride (I assume not), so I don't use it as my regular paste.
