Almost impossible to get the lace inside of the lacing tool

it was a great price for this lacing, the only thing that was hard to do was to get the lace inside of the lacing tool. it was almost impossible to get the lace inside the tool. To this day I just set it aside and figure if I ever have the time or patience to get at replacing my glove lace I will. Unless there is an easier way to lace my glove with the tool I don't see myself buying this product again.

Product is great. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because I wish the hook that came with it would have been, more of a hook to grab the lace. I had to take a paperclip make a needle per say and pull the lace through with a pair of pliers. The hook is good to open up and find the path of the lace. Other than that is worked great and I was able to fix my son's glove. I'll post photos later.

The burgundy color worked wonderfully for my 1960 baseball glove. The color was a good match after conditioning the glove. The needle tool made it easy to restring and I had plenty of length.
The more traditional threading needle works much better. The lace itself seems a decent quality

Re-laced my Rawling's "SG-76" after 30 years of use. Last year while playing catch with my nephew, who can throw some "heat", I had a couple of laces snap. 30 years of poor maintenance had cause the leather laces to dry and break.
Watched a couple of YouTube videos, and easily replaced the laces. There is enough lace to complete the web and fingers, with enough lace left over to re-lace the decorative laces on the thumb and pinky fingers. The burgundy laces matched my glove perfectly and appear to be great quality.
The company has been proactive in making sure I was satisfied. With the lace kit and some glove conditioner it had turned back the clock on my glove.
