I have had only problems with the two (2) units that I purchased. Often the divise does not register your finger pulse/ox on your first or second try you must switch hands and try again. Then, if it does read the pulse/ox the numbers are upside down. Second, the divice stop working after 13 months and I was not able to get any one to respond to me regarding warranty work. I have copd and walk everyday 4 to 5 miles a day ,this is perfect to aid me with my oxygen level. Under ,90% tells me to use my rescue inhaler,,,,,and it's good to know my heart rate. Easy to read..large numbers . Have recommended it to several friends with pulmonary problems.

Very nice item. The numbers light up and are very easy to read, with or without my glasses. No need to buy more expensive items. I have bought several of these for myself and other family members. They hold up well and have given several years and counting usage.
