I don't normally leave bad reviews, but unfortunately this instance I must. Followed the directions for the microwave -5 seconds. Not warm enough even after massaging the packet. Put it back in for 6 seconds after a brief wait. That was somewhat better. Put my gloves on, leashed the dogs and out we went. It was 31 degrees out at 6:30 in the evening. In less than 5 minutes these packets were cold. Dragged the dogs back in, much to their unhappiness and put the packets in hot water. Waited 60 seconds, pulled them out, dried them off, re-inserted them back into the gloves and out we went again. And, once again it was less than 5 minutes even while I squeezed them in my hand. Since I can't return these, I will take these to the bow range and use them for target practice. Might as well put them to good use there, because they are useless anywhere else. Save your money.

Great size for keeping a drink cold in your bag. I use it for bottles in the diaper bag. It stays cool for a good amount of time and it doesn't take up too much space. I like that they aren't hard plastic so it can fit to the shape you want.
