I wouldn't buy if you are looking for even a mildly waterproof switch but they do work. Good side is they are cheap and they give you a bunch of them so when one fails you can just throw another one in. I had the first one fail the first time I went out on my ATV, as I use it to control auxillary lights on it. A quick change out later and I was back in business.

these are very nicely made switches, just a little to big for using to replace the switches in my Twin Reverb, if you have lots of room they will be a nice replacement switch, I think these would be nice for a boat or a dune buggy since they come with water resistant switch covers. I gave 4 stars because they are too big in size for my application, but I will find a good use for them..... maybe a switch for some off road lights.....

Use these to bypass kill switches on push mowers. It is very common for the break systems on push mowers to break down. Usually the cable or contacts go bad and replacing them can be quite costly, so I explain to my customers what I can do and tell them the potential dangers involved, especially to young children. People without children jump at the opportunity to save a few dollars and tell me to go ahead with the bypass. These switches work perfect, especially with the rubber boot to keep out moisture.

These switches are nice and are fun and satisfying to flip with a good firm feel to them.
4 stars because the screws on he back are really small and the connections don't seem designed for more than 18 gauge wire.
