We bought this 4 months ago and thought we would report. Our last oven died probably the control board sat above the oven vent and burned out. This oven has no control board so it will never go out. The oven cooks very very evenly. We've done all kinds of cookies, cakes and everything bakes just as you would want it. The convection fan is so quiet that it's hard to hear if it's on or not. The burners are very powerful and the controls allow for very small changes in flame. The burners light quickly. There are 4 burners each with a different size. I did replace the power cord to a flat cord, because once we pushed the oven back to the wall, it didn't have a cavity the cord can recess into. I wish it had a more distributed broiler. The broiler is very powerful but doesn't cover a large area for broiling. Bottom line is that this oven looks great and cooks great. Well worth the money. Never had buyers remorse and we still are grateful on how solid of an appliance this is.

Bought this stove to replace my aging Wolf 6 burner with griddle and two ovens, the Wolf lasted 20 years but was getting old and needed work, it was a commercial restaurant stove so is hard to get someone to work on it and it was rusting in spots etc. We wanted a smaller stove to gain some counter space so we went with this. So far I like it, it came dented on the side and amazon gave us 40 percent off! the list price and seeing no one will see the dent that was awesome. I did contact Thor Kitchen about it however to see how they would respond, they never called me back so buyer beware. I can see people having knobs melted because if you use the gas broiler and open the door (this is a gas broiler and oven) the flames lick the outside at the front a bit (they do say in the manual not to leave the door open while using the broiler for more than a few seconds, so either open it when the broiler flame is not lit as it constantly turns on and off when in use or only open it very quickly. When using the oven or broiler in general it gets very hot on the upper back of the oven so make sure you have fire resistant wall behind it, we have a tile wall and plaster behind it so its safe. The biggest gripe I have is that this thing scratches so easily its crazy. All you have to do is look at it and it scratches. I told the guys who were installing our new cabinets not to leave tools on it as it scratches easy, but when I checked on them later they had totally scratched up the top face in front of the burners some how :( Oh well... I rather be the one who messes up my new stove not installers but such is life. SO when you get it installed tell your guys to be very careful. I have amazing gas flow via the top burners with this thing almost to the point of it being a little scary but I like it. You just have to be careful with this baby when using it. Another thing is when you use the oven, the knobs get hot and don't turn as easily as they do when just using the range which is a bit odd. Over all I do like it and hope it will last for at least 10 years. This stove is sold under many company names and they just stick their logo on it. So beware, Thor Kitchen is only one of the names that sell this stove. Maybe call the company you want to buy from first and check out how they treat you as a customer before actually buying to later find out that customer service is non existent. Amazon delivered it and installed it. They charged me extra for removing my old beast of a stove but I knew that was coming, but they gave us a really nice discount for the side dent so thumbs up to Amazon. One other pet peeve is the center grate, as you cook stuff will splatter onto the stove surface under the center grate so you have to take it off and clean under it all the time, just make sure not to drag it as you remove it or you will have the dreaded permanent scratches. Also one last thing is all the burner grates have rubber feet under them so you don't scratch the surface when removing them to clean the stove and to support them but my guess is they will not last more than a few years and will have to find replacements... Hello Thor Kitchen..... anybody home?

TERRIBLE PRODUCT, WARNING DON"T BUY
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

For the money I paid for this range, I am deeply unsatisfied. I have had the range for less than a year...
1. Paint chipped off and one burner doesn't work.
2. They only paint the inside and only coat it once. Keep in mind your buying for aesthetics as wells. Looked like you bought it at good-will after 1 month.
3. The convection oven does not cook evenly
4. One eye from the stove top likes to randomly tick tick.
5. Worst seller, don't bother to help you.
I am so angry. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY SOMETHING ELSE. The engineering and craftsmanship of this range is NOT worth the money. I give it one star because I expected better craftsmanship for the money I paid. Buy kitchen aid for your money. Stay away from THOR

UPDATE: I wish I could give zero stars. The customer service is non existent. I called 3 times over a 3 month period. They said everytime that they would send a technician, but one never came. The warranty means nothing if you can't get service.

As my headline reads, this is the best oven that I've owned. I've only owned 4 so far, but it is far superior to the Maytag-Esque level of appliances that I had before.
The burners are well built, and they really sound like professional gas burners. Everything is constructed well, and the blue interior is cool. My wife loves the low profile look, too.
It's a big step up from more entry level appliances without the excess cost of the Wolf or Viking level ovens. I can't imaging that there is $3,500 worth of extra value in those brands over the Thor. I'll probably get a Thor fridge when mine craps out on me. They look nice, and if they're built like the oven then I'm in. The only thing I miss is the clock. Oh well.

I got this stove as a first delivery and the service was excellent. The burners are high quality. I like that this is a professional stove with a 30 inch width. The oven looks nice with the blue porcelain. I found out from the booklet that the oven is easy to keep clean and wipe off any spills.
