One of the "teeth" that does the crimping on the RJ45 socket was half gone on arrival. Factory defect??? Returned.

Used this tool only a few times. It worked on the first few attempts but after that it developed lateral motion and would not work at all.

Tool does not crimp pin 8 on RJ-45 connectors. Although pin 8 is not used in most applications, this is unsatisfactory for a new tool.
