I was all set to give this a five star, but have noticed that the Velcro on the thumb is no longer holding well. All other Velcro is great and I like the design.

Works well on either wrist. I use it overnight to immobilize my thumb while sleeping (for my De Quervain's tenosynovitis)

I've just received the brace and have been wearing it for the last 5 hours. The thumb strap is constantly coming off and the area where my thumb meets my palm is getting very sore. I purchased this thinking it would be more comfortable than the bulky one I currently owned boy was I wrong. Looks like I will be switching back and wasted my $.
