this might be a good product, however if someone is living in a nursing home the doctor has to approve this system. The doctor would not approve this item and now I am stuck with a $400.00 cushion I can not get a refund for because it took to long for the doctor to get back with us to tell us he would not approve this item for bedsores on my mothers backside. The item is brand new and never been out of the box. It is not the fault of the cushion however this is really a heads up for anyone wanting to get this product for a loved one in the nursing home.

Did not work for me and I returned it. Bought it for a pressure wound on my tail bone and after 20 seconds or so my tail bone was hurting. I did better with those cushions with the tail bone area cut oot. But then you have to be able to sit up to use them

Easy to use. Mom's bedsore began to get better very quickly. One problem--it creeps. Keeps moving out of position. Had to readjust it daily.
