I was definitely skeptical how these would be based on the per-item price, but took the plunge based on positive reviews. I always keep a back-up can of soup or the like at work in case I forget to bring my lunch, and thought these could either be part of my back up plan or part of my lunch plan.

These are GREAT! I am so glad I've purchased them. They come in forty pouches- twenty are the soup base, twenty are the flavorings. The flavorings are dehydrated and nearly feel like a scam. But when mixed with hot water, fill the bowl with seaweed and whatever else the flavor is. Surprises me each at how fully the expansion happens.

Because these are dehydrated, they're so much easier to stash at work for either a backup or full-time lunch plan. There are been plenty of times I've chosen these over what I've packed. And full disclosure? I work in a cafeteria. I have access to a lot of food at any given time, and I still choose the warm and tastiness of this soup.

Have to keep these in the pantry!

I have purchased many low-sodium miso soups in the past as I LOVE Miso soup but do not like the high sodium content as most are dangerously high for 1 serving. I have been disappointed many times as the low sodium miso soups taste like bland water and I always have to add extra flavoring to enhance the blandness.
These soups are by far THE BEST low sodium miso soups I have ever had. It is just enough flavor to be super good while still being healthy and tasty which is rare.
I will definitely be purchasing this brand moving forward from now on as I don't think I could ever go back to any other brand.
If you love Miso soup but do not like the high sodium then this is definitely the brand for you and you will not be disappointed.

Super delicious and convenient to have at work. Just know that the veggie packets are in separate packets from the miso paste.

This cup of miso soup is easy to make and tastes great. Unfortunately, I won't be buying it any longer, sad. The price went from $7.50 to $8.18 to $12.50 to $18.35. I draw the line at $12. Not sure why this is happening.
