My wife often feels queezey in the morning and this helps her out a lot. They say pour boiling water on it but we just microwave a little water in a coffee cup and then pour the packet in, real fast and easy. Nice mellow asian flavor.

The tofu and seaweed was kind of small and therefore would recommend purchasing dry seaweed to dip in it. I love the miso and seaweed together and I add it to my ramen noodles sometimes.
