We had another sprayer that just wasn't getting the job done and the button would stick and it leaked if we forgot to turn off the valve. This one was just a little more expensive but SO worth it! My husband can't even take it on the highest setting because it's such a strong sprayer! 😂 We've only had it a couple of months so I can't speak to the longevity yet. We're much happier with this sprayer than the cheaper one.
My wife loves it! But it has awkward shutoff valve position.

I am updating my previous review as the vendor actually made the effort to reach out to me to replace a leaking set I first got. The bidet is actually well made, nicely weighted and looks like it will last a while (nothing lasts forever). However, the shutoff valve is at the wrong side (I guess there's no other way to re-design it). If you don't believe me, just look at the product picture of the bidet, specifically the picture which shows it installed. If you want the hose to face out of the side of the toilet bowl, the shut off lever will be at the back side of the toilet, towards the wall. If you want the shutoff valve easily accessible to the front, the hose will be positioned towards the side of the toilet, not outside of it. Over-all very useful and my wife is giving it 5-star rating. Great customer support!

A fabulous item so sleek looking, this is my fourth order. Everyone who visits me just wants one that is the only reason for the multiple purchases.
You can purchase separate parts if you don't want to hook this to your toilet and wish to hook it to the sink. The seller is very nice helpful and responsive really speedy responses to resolve any issues. Excellent customer service.
There's a how to video on youtube if you're hesitant
these bidets are like iPhones, sometimes I wonder how people get along without them?
I have the two types of bidets installed but this one is my favorite.

Sprung a leak in the hose after a year

A bit pricy, but build quality is premium. Instructions were clear and installation was easy.
One year later: After using it for over a year the hose suddenly developed a leak slightly below where it connects to the sprayer. The sprayer and T-joint themselves are fine. SmarterFresh sells replacement T-Joints and sprayers but not the hose. I can't find a replacement hose for this. Buying a completely new bidet is too costly IMO.
Edit: What a great customer service experience. I reached out to smarterfresh through their storefront website with my issue and the owner himself replied back. He sent me a replacement hose free of charge. Now the bidet is like brand new! 10 out of 10 for experience and customer service.

Updated: they sent me a new hose!! What awesome customer service, I didn't even know they were sending it so that was a great surprise! The new hose doesn't leak, so the product is awesome now. The water pressure is so high, I don't even have to turn the toggle all the way up for it to work. I'm glad to know it was just a leaky hose and the product is good. I like that it is all metal, no plastic so it looks very sleek and it's a nice accessory in my bathroom rather than an obvious attachment. I also like it over the seat bidets because it is so much more versatile, and I can use it to clean the shower and toilet.
This would be a great product if it didn't leak everywhere! I like that it has an off switch, but I have to leave it off and can't even use it becuase it leaks out of the base of the sprayer head. Its not leaking where I connected it, so I can't tighten it to make it stop, but it leaks just below the connection of the tube to the sprayer head. I'll probably try to tape it and see if that works, but it'll probably just leak beneath the tape too.
