It worked great for me for about a month now every time I use it, it shocks me not real bad but enough to make it uncomfortable. And also the belt tensioner broke on me so I had to rig it up so I could still use it

Box was in perfect condition, but unit inside was damaged. I was able to bend back the base and bottom cover, and all worked fine. The unit looked as though it was packaged in this condition.

Not a bad tool for the price paid. It took a couple attempts to "dial in" the belt from sliding, but now works well.
