Tape works really well, but was difficult to remove from my ribs/chest area even when thoroughly wet in the shower. It was recommended as a support for bruised ribcage after a fall. Worked great for support of the ribs and lessened rib pain. Pain from pulling the tape off was bearable.

This stuff works so much better than the KT brand tape. It actually sticks to your skin. It's soft and malleable. Easy to use. Make sure you shave the area and clean it with warm soapy water prior to application. Stays on for sleep. Currently treating Achilles' tendonitis and a quad tendon strain.
