Honestly, it's a cake pan. The metal is thinner than I would like and I feel the sides are too high. I like to level my novelty cakes in the pan if possible and this is just not possible with this pan; you'd have a donut tha was way too tall.
For baking it did bake well and nothing stuck to sides, so bonus there.

This worked really well to create a number 3 rainbow M&M cake for my daughter's birthday! A lot smoother than a bundt cake pan that has ugly ridges. I'm sure we'll get a fair amount of use from this over the coming years.
